How Does It Work?
Senior business heads such as IT Directors, Chief Technology Officers, Board-level VPs and Chief Executive Officers with decision-making powers from Europe's leading business enterprises are personally invited to the forum by the organisers.
| Buyer Qualification |
| Buyer delegates are contacted personally and vetted to ensure they are central to strategic procurement decision-making. In addition, an assessment of their business objectives and needs is compiled. |
| Personal Invitation |
| The buyer is then invited to attend ECF 2005 for four days as an operator/buyer delegate. SPG Media Limited organises all flights, accommodation and event participation on behalf of the delegate. |
| Supplier Invitation |
| According to the strategic needs of the buyers, SPG Media Limited invites senior executives from leading supplier companies across the world who are able to offer solutions to the challenges faced by the buyers. |
| Requesting Business Meetings |
| Two weeks in advance of the event, the buyer delegate is asked to select, in order of preference, those supplier companies that he/she wishes to meet. The supplier is also asked to do the same from the list of attending delegates. |
